ID badge information (Total Visibility):

ID badge photos and printing available at the EMA office in the 911 Center by appointment only.

Please contact EMA's Operations & Training Officer to schedule an appointment when required.

Complete record information for each person, including credentialing, must be entered into the Total Visibility system by the associated organization (Ex: fire department) prior to photo taking or badge printing. Once the photo is added to the Total Visibility record, ID badge printing may be requested at any time through the Total Visibility system. Please notify the Ops & Training Officer that the request to print was made and ID badges will be available for pickup at the 911 Center any time after printing.
